ENTRY PROCESS

Entries open on Friday 8th March 2024 at 08:00 ACST.

Entries close Wednesday 26th February 2025, 23:59 ACST unless sold out earlier.

The event is capped at 500 total participants. A wait list will be put in place should the event sell out.

QUALIFICATION

Although there are no qualification requirements for any distance for this event, it is expected that all entrants are trained and prepared for the distances they are entered into. The terrain is very steep in places and constantly undulating. Runners need to be prepared for these conditions.

AID STATIONS

There will be full service manned aid stations throughout the course that will provide water, Tailwind, Coke, lollies, crisps and fresh fruit. As we are a single-use plastic-free event, we ask that you please carry a collapsible cup or other vessel to use for drinks when accessing Aid Stations.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

ALTHOUGH WE WILL NOT BE IMPLEMENTING MANDATORY ITEMS FOR THIS EVENT, HERE ARE SOME ITEMS THAT WE RECOMMEND RUNNERS CARRY, PARTICULARLY FOR THE HALF, FULL & ULTRA MARATHON DISTANCES:

o Space blanket

o Mobile Phone with Event Phone Number saved into Contacts

o Bandana, hat or beanie

o 500ml water

o Compression bandage (snake bandage)

    CUT OFFS

    The cut off time for marathon and ultra at Manna Gum aid station is 3:00pm (runners must depart aid station by this time).

    The cut off at Karka pavilion for all event distances is 6:00pm

    PARKING & CAR POOLING

    The event will be based at the Karka Paviliion, 3klms into the Belair National Park from the park entrance.

    Runners are really encouraged to car pool please into the National Park. Marshals will guide cars through the park entrance and then vehicles are to drive up towards Karka and follow instructions of marshals for parking.

    We absolutely rely on a great bunch of volunteers to help bring this event together. Please consider helping out so that we can help people achieve their goals of crossing that finish line. Please fill in the form on the website.

    For your contribution to help others achieve greatness, we will offer you a FREE entry to Belair for the following year (any distance) or alternatively, you can use the usual 20% race entry discount (can be accrued) as part of our volunteer incentive, to any of our Ultra Series event nationwide.

    REFUNDS & ROLLOVERS

    Refunds (full refund minus $30 admin fee) will be available for cancellations prior to February 15th, 2025. No refunds are available after this date. This policy also applies to rollovers and transfers.

    Transfers and rollovers are limited to one per entry. Once a transfer or rollover has been processed any future refunds are forfeit.

    All refunds and rollover requests must be emailed to registrations@ultraseries.com.au, any withdrawal notifications received via any other means will not be processed.
